Maybe with a friend, or their kid, or a parent, or alone.
Anyone who knows LaDiff, knows our sales/design team is anything but pushy.
No coca-cola-in-a-bottle at the door.
No "what'll it take" jargon.
So...
When we say 'hello!' to Mr. and/or Ms. Shopper, we really mean just that: "Hello!"
Unless you're waiting for a canal boat tour or walked by on your way to lunch somewhere, we know you arrived at LaDifference on purpose. We know we're a 'destination location'. Having a 50,000 square foot showroom in downtown Richmond kinda makes us that way.
So...
We're not going to bite. Or force. Or stalk.
We don't wear black and play weird New Age freaky music (okay, wait, sometimes that happens but we try to change it...).
We just want to know what brought you into the store.
Really!
I mean, we do advertise, and send out mail pieces, and tweet and such.
So, we like to know what worked!
And if you weren't completely happy when you visited, we want to know that too. Look at it this way: it's kinda like wanting to know if you have food in your teeth. No matter how cute that guy or girl is who tells you the truth, you're still glad to know, even if you are a little embarrassed.
So...
We like it when you talk to us when you come in.
We like it when you visit.
We like it when you tell us what else you've been doing downtown (b/c downtown Richmond rocks).
We like your feedback: good, bad, or indifferent.
And, obviously, we really like it when you buy something... but we like it even more when you tell us why you bought it (or... why you didn't).
So...
Don't be shy... we won't bite.
